01Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
No. We use the official Meta WhatsApp Business API — the same infrastructure that Facebook, Zomato, and Flipkart use. Your number is registered officially with Meta, so there is zero risk of a ban. Unofficial "bulk tools" that automate personal WhatsApp accounts do get banned; we are the opposite of that.
02How is this different from unofficial WhatsApp bulk tools?
Unofficial tools inject scripts into WhatsApp Web and violate Meta's Terms of Service — your number can be permanently banned within days. Kritap is an officially approved Meta Business Solution Provider. Messages are sent through Meta's Cloud API, appear as genuine business messages, and your number is completely safe.
03Do I need a developer or technical knowledge to set this up?

04What types of messages can I send?

All messages must use pre-approved Meta templates, which keeps delivery rates high and your account healthy.
05What happens if a message fails to deliver?
Nothing is charged for failed messages. Credits are deducted from your wallet only when Meta confirms delivery. If a contact's number is invalid, they have blocked business messages, or delivery fails for any reason — the cost is zero. You also see a full per-contact delivery report after every broadcast.
